Background
The Coalition of Student Leaders was formed by attendees of the Fall 1993 Student Leadership Conference in Fairbanks.
Positions and Politics
The Student Regent serves as the spokesperson of the coalition, but the Coalition elects its own speaker. Which sounds a little odd.
